Very casual 25 minute meeting with a partner. Was asked about various law school activities, what I was looking for in a summer associate program, and where my interests lie.

Are you only applying to big firms? Or are you applying to midsized and small firms as well?
The screener interview was in a Zoom format and lasted for approximately thirty minutes. Half of the questions were about my background and resume, while half of the time was devoted to my own questions.

Interview
Completed a screener interview, which I was connected to through pre-OCI at my law school. The school set up the times/ video chat. Provided interviewer names beforehand, conducted research through the GT website and LinkedIn.
Just a standard screener with two partners at the firm. Very nice people and really sold me the idea that the firm has great culture and collegiality. Because it was a screener, it wasn't much behavioral questions but just general tell me about yourself and why GT.
