I had a first round phone interview, and the HR person doing the screening was robotic, impersonal, and couldn't have seemed less interested in the entire conversation. From the moment the interview started, it seemed like she would rather be doing anything else. This was the worst first impression and gave me a permanent ick for Greenstone. I don't think I would ever be compelled to apply again.
