I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GreenFlux Assets (Amsterdam) in Feb 2024
Interview
They begin by submitting an assignment and setting up an interview. However, they exceed the appointed time (showing a lack of time management), asking unrelated and unclear questions (as seen in the question below), and show limited knowledge about Domain- Driven Design! Furthermore, one of the participants in the interview displays disrespectful behavior!

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GreenFlux Assets (Amsterdam) in Feb 2024
Interview
I applied for a position at a company through an agency, and the selection process consisted of four stages: an initial screening, a backend task, a discussion on the task with backend-focused questions, and finally, a round meant to cover frontend technologies and personal compatibility. Unfortunately, the process soured; the team lead was undeniably rude, and the manager degraded my entire career and achievements. Despite the role being advertised with a 30-70 split between frontend and backend duties, and my transparent communication about my stronger background in backend while still being capable in frontend, their expectations seemed unreasonable. It felt as though they expected me to possess the skills to overhaul their frontend infrastructure entirely. By the end of the last interview, I was convinced that working with this team was out of the question for me.
