Interviewed with the same person 3 times, something felt a little off as I didn't interview with anyone from a hiring team, very short interview process, received an offer but declined

Do you see yourself as someone who can mentor others in the future?
Virtual Conversation with management. It was easy to talk and get to know the interviewee and the business. I wish I would’ve been able to talk to other employees as I went through the interview process but it was the same person are every level of interviewing.
