Interview process was very smooth and fast, Head of HR had a call interview with me and she made me feel even more interested in getting the position, after that I had the chance to be interviewed by the CEO, we had a friendly meeting at the cafe located in the building, she explained the position and made me feel very welcomed

I applied for the position through Volunteermatch and I got feedback within 1 week. I had a Personal meeting with former HR Manager and after that with the CEO, which helped me to get more information about responsibilities, about the organization, and also get familiarize with motivation of the team
