Hiring process for me was long and drawn out, but their recruiting process has become more streamlined since that time. I had an initial phone interview by a screener, then a follow up phone interview by a recruiter. Finally I had and in person panel interview conducted by the company president, business manager, and a recruiter from Chesapeake.
