HR emailed me to set up a quick phone interview with him only a couple days after I submitted the application. Two days after the conversation over the phone, HR sent me an email to schedule an interview with the manager and supervisors. Two hours after I finished my interview, HR called me saying they wanted to give me an offer.

Very behavioral based and laid back. Employers seemed stern at first but gave off a good cultural vibe. I liked the whole process and felt extremely comfortable during the interview.
