Got an email, had a phone interview then a Zoom interview. Got asked questions about my history with teaching kids, my idea of what a good teacher looks like, and the kind of traits they have.

The headmaster reached out to me to schedule an interview. We first met online via Zoom for about 30 minutes. After my Zoom interview, I was extended an offer to complete a 20-minute teaching demo and complete a second interview on campus. I got to select my subject for the teaching demo, and the school provided a more specific topic to cover in my lesson.
