I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Great Clips (San Antonio, TX) in Jun 2012
Interview
My interview was quick and to the point. Very simple average interview questions. The interviewer was most concerned with making sure I was reliable and had a flexible schedule. I also did a trial haircut prior to being hired. My trial cut was done during business hours on a customer. The customers haircut was complimentary. I was required to do a fade with no guard on the gentleman and just a trim on top.
It was super relaxed for the most part. They mostly asked questions about my background and previous customer experience jobs. How I handled certain situations, why or why not I'd be a good fit. Standard interview stuff,

We appreciate you sharing the interview process! Thank you for the feedback.
They did an in person interview and a technical interview, it wasn't too hard of an interview process. The technical is intimidating at first but its not too bad and the manager was friendly.

I applied online. I interviewed at Great Clips (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
I got an immediate call after applying online. A recruiter took me out for coffee and a quick chat. They offer a lot training so they focus more on advertising what your job could be like if you accept the job offer.
