We’re glad to hear the interview experience itself went smoothly, but we apologise for any delays and lack of communication you encountered during the process from the People Team. This is not the standard we aim to uphold, and we recognize how frustrating it can be to have to chase for updates. We sometimes find ourselves in a position where we’re also awaiting updates, but due to client demands or team holidays (especially during the summer months) the interview process can sometimes take longer than anticipated. Thanks again for your feedback, we’ll certainly take it onboard for future processes.
