      Interview

I applied online through the website. The whole process took less than 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grayce in September 2020. I had an initial phone interview and received feedback the next day. I got scheduled to have a face to face interview with a Delivery Manager with less than 24 hours notice. I had to prepare a presentation and an excel assessment , along with the actual interview which was competency based, which was a lot of pressure. I then received feedback the next day, and got scheduled to have a final interview 4 days later with another Delivery Manager to make sure I was the right fit for the company and to align my values and competencies to the company as well as a client. This seems to be a new additional stage due to COVID. I received feedback two days later, and I was successful and received a formal offer rather than a conditional one, which meant that the business would 100% committed to me, rather than being dependent on me finding a client and only then getting paid. The overall process was very intense, and quick. However, the recruitment team as well as the Delivery Managers I interviewed with, were lovely and so friendly which made the process easier. Especially Sarah Cockerill, she went out of her way to improve my offer including the salary and fast tracked the program, and she aligned me to a client before I had even signed the contract. There are also excellent opportunities for training and development.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Grayce in Aug 2021

      Interview

30 minute first round interview covering behaviours and qualities, some commercial awareness. Straight forward and relaxed, ask a lot of information that has been completed in the application process. Hour-long second round interview with prepared data task and presentation. No follow up questions from presentation or data analysis, most of interview based on behaviours, company values and commercial awareness. Didn't perform as well as I'd hoped in the interview so didn't expect to progress but was given no follow up communication or feedback (I was told I would hear back within 7 working days and given feedback). Disappointing considering preparation of a 15 min presentation for the interview.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grayce (Manchester, England) in Aug 2021

      Interview

First round interview with get to know you questions. Trying to get the first interview was very difficult as HR as this company is very very bad. Unorganised isn't even in it. First interview needed to be re-scheduled I put this down to an error and progressed but it happened to the second round interview too. - They ask your salary expectations in the first interview but what is the point if you put graduates on £21,500 with no negotiation? They also don't put the salary on their job adverts and make you wait to find out and isn't transparent. - No mention of training costs found out using glassdoor - Ask very personal questions of which other companies you've applied for and want you to disclose that information when they aren't fully open with you. - Wasn't happy when I said I wanted to stay central to a city and didn't have a car/licence when this wasn't described in the job advert. Also how can you expect graduates to have this when you're only paying £21,500? - Whole process was what you could do for grayce but not how they could develop you. I had to ask extra questions about training - Job adverts are fake. They advertise a graduate project manager job but don't mention the development scheme or in fact you are only a project analyst. Only benefit is some of the clients are good but the treatment through the process opened my eyes to the culture.
