I never leave these reviews but after my "interview" with GraySquare I feel I should warn future prospects. The job is selling cable services to people in a WalMart at 100% commission. The "interview" I had was an 8 minute phone call with minimal details on the job, and the guy seemed to have minimal interest in my background and skill set. Upon receiving an "offer", I was then asked to send a copy of my driver's licence and social security card to a random email to a guy I had never met. It felt like a complete scam. I highly warn future prospects about these positions and company in the future.
Hello! Thank you for your feedback.
I certainly apologize on behalf of our company for what sounds like a confusing and rushed interview process. I have addressed this practice with our team so we can work to create a more positive experience for future candidates.
In requesting your information, our manager was trying to streamline the process for our HR team. There was no intention of "foul play." He thought he was expediting someone's hiring process.
If you have any further questions or feedback, you can reach out to me directly at landon@gograysquare.com.
