Crucial question from each manager over the phone, background check, were asked to describe about past job experience, How I ended up searching Gray among many other construction companies, relocation process etc. Any other questions besides what's been discussed over the phone were emailed for me to respond.

Interviewed with over 7 people. Took 2 hours. Off the wall questions by a couple people but overall not bad. Great company Great job great work environment to be a part of. Great family

Interview
first off I had a phone interview followed by a skype/teams interview. Process wanted to understand your resume and articulate examples of work you performed. The process was very straight forward with good communication from the company's HR dept.
