I found an ad on craigslist and applies through email.They never responded. I faxed my resume over and got a call back in 2 weeks. The scheduled 2 weeks out. After that I had my interview. They were very rude and asked me personal questions about my family including stating that i looked too young to have children. Then they doubted my former US government issued security clearance was authentic.

Interview
Easy and friendly. After a phone interview, I was interviewed by who people from the company. I had the skills they were looking for so it made sense to just bring me on. Other people did have to do skills tests, but not everyone.

Nothing really difficult or unexpected. They were a very young company and eager to to add employees. It may be more intensive now.
