Oddest interview I’ve ever had. It was two hours long and I was interviewed by coworkers and an office manager. I finally interviewed with the owner who offered me the interview and he offered me work from home part time and a 80k base salary and commission and told me about the other benefits, like he was offering me the job. Then weeks and months passed and nothing. I had to follow up multiple times and finally was told they were hiring a consultant for their business before they hired an account executive, then they hired two entry level employees with little experience and said I was overqualified. It was just so odd that the executives would meet with me and offer me 80k and then go dark.
