phone behavioral interview. very run of the mill. not very challenging. attended by a member of hr as well as a plant manager. prepare by having answers for topical interview questions and being ready for more situational questions to gauge your rationality.

one on one at school in a meeting room. It was during covid so was a little different than usually. interview went by quick. asked questions about my resume and then proceeded to ask three questions.

Hiring and interview process were very detailed and thorough, but not challenging. Just basic behavior questions. Make sure to come up with solid examples.
