Application, Phone call interview, In-person interview, Facilities tour. The final interview was tough and more than an hour long. There were 5 people on the interview board including the plant chief.

Tell us a situation when you went into a problem with your manager.
The job title was different from the position they interviewed for. They posted for an engineering internship position and interviewed for a technical lab position. It was a group interview in person on site.
