Not overly challenging questions. Interviewer spent a lot of time talking about himself and ongoing projects. Asked the standard questions about my role on projects, greatest strengths and what I want to improve in terms of my skills

Tell Me about how you dealt with a difficult project or colleague
In my opinion the interview process was pretty standard for a professional services company. The process was not too lengthy and there was constant communication and updates provided throughout the process.
The interview process in my current workplace consists of technical test (accounting & audit), HR interview and user interview. It's a very fast and efficient process, it takes less than 2 weeks.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Boston, MA)
Interview
The interview was virtual and set up as 2 30 minute interviews with partners. No technical questions were asked. More of a conversation than an interview, it was for an internship so they just wanted to make sure I was capable of having a conversation.
