I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton
Interview
A few short questions as part of the online application, then a few competency tests (numerical and personality), then video interview which had no deadline consisting of 10 questions (general competency) and another longer questions requiring a few summary of some graphs and your opinion on the performance of a hypothetical firm
The first round of interviews was a group interview with four people, followed by an English essay. Neither the interview questions nor the essay topic had anything to do with auditing, and the interview questions seemed to be fixed; some interviewees even knew the questions beforehand. The interview process at Grant Thornton typically involves multiple stages, including an initial phone screening, a behavioral interview, and a technical or case-based assessment. Candidates may also meet with managers or partners. The process emphasizes cultural fit, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities, often concluding with a final round or offer discussion
