The recruitment process was one of the most unprofessional I have experienced, characterized by poor communication and a complete disrespect for the candidate's time.
On March 4, I had an initial interview with the Tech Talent Recruiter. During the call, we discussed an X gross salary, but he conveniently failed to clarify that this amount supposedly included benefits, rather than being the base salary. On the exact same day, he sent me a psychometric test and a technical assignment to complete over the weekend (by March 8).
The very next day, I sent a polite message to clarify my salary expectations before investing hours into their technical tests. The recruiter completely ghosted me. I had to follow up again a day later. After leaving me on "read" for over 10 days, he finally replied on March 16—only because I followed up again—to tell me they couldn't meet the budget for my years of experience. He knew my experience level from day one, yet he was perfectly fine with letting me spend my weekend doing their assessments while ignoring my messages.
