Received IQ test (yes an IQ test) but was left in the dark after completing it, with no feedback or follow-up from the sender despite sending an email request for such. The lack of response was disappointing and left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I hope to receive a response soon, as feedback is important for personal growth and development.

Made me take IQ test at start. Multiple long interviews and a rather long unpaid take home assignment. Strung me along for weeks , only to get rejected right at the end. They waste so much time with their interview process.

Interview
They didn't give me any feedback after rejection for the technical assignment interview, even though I asked for it. I consider it disrespectful especially since I put significant effort into the assignment. Also, the result came after 2-3 weeks of my submission, while I submitted my work in 4 days. I actually think companies should not give out take-home assignments if they don't provide any feedback.
