For an organization that prides itself on digital engagement, the interview process was extremely disappointing. Beyond the archaic assessment they make you do (math and behavioral questions that have nothing to do with the role?), there was zero response after. It's 2022, please inform candidates whether they are advancing or not. Very disappointing. Do better!
