Standard process. Two initial phone interviews by HR. One just confirming details such as whether looking for full or part time, confirming I have the necessary qualification as stated in my resume, etc. Followed by a deeper inquiry by HR. Much deeper dive into my background and experiences. This followed with an inperson interview.
I would say the only unique part is that GRAM has multiple locations and I was interviewed at one location while the job was set up to work at another facility nearly 20 min away. It set up a scenario where I was excited as the job was close to home, only to find out it would be significantly farther away.
