I interviewed at Grand Canyon University (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
They seemed to care less about my religion. They seem to pride themselves on being a 'Christian University, but it's irrelevant when it comes to thier staff.
Interviewed by a younger lady with minimal questions and very little recruitment history according to her Linked in. Blah whatever GCU.
Initial phone screening that takes about 30 minutes, then you move into 2nd and 3rd round of interviews with the people you'll be working directly with. They sounded really heavily focused on metrics and numbers, which is a bit of a red flag.

Question 1
They asked about willingness to travel and what metrics you've had in your past jobs. They seemed to heavily focus on metrics.
I interviewed at Grand Canyon University (Oklahoma City, OK)
Interview
Quick 30 minute screening interview with an admin, second round was a longer interview with management. Both were digital and on Zoom. Both were scheduled one or two days prior to the interviews. I do not know the process after, as I withdrew my candidacy mid-interview.
