I applied online and heard back from the recruiter within 2 weeks. I first had a phone interview, which included very basic questions about my knowledge of the position. The interview lasted around 5 minutes. I was then asked to schedule an intervierw, which I did for the following day. I interviewed with a VP and a finance manager, where I was asked very basic interview questions. I left the interview and was offered the position within 24 hours.
