I was connected to the CEO through Linkedin. He called for an interview to the GV head office, which had recently moved from Berhampur to Bhubaneswar. The interview lasted for 15-20 mins and was fairly simple. We connected well and he sent me an offer in 2 working days. The CEO was looking for people trained in the social sciences sector and I think I fitted the bill well.
