GovNet Senior Manager interview questions

OK so I'm going for a senior role, one down from the Event Director. I agreed to meet at the times they requested. I did the classic presentation for 2nd round. And then nothing. Not one iota of feedback, good or bad. 3 weeks later, still no news. No wonder this role has been open for 3 months. If this process is indicative of their working culture then I've dodged a bullet.
