It was quick and easy. I went in and they asked me a few questions. They saw that I had previous sales experience and hired me on the spot. After that I was told to come back the next day to start.

Awesome interview, all of my questions were answered and they really take hiring the right staff seriously. Being in management in an automotive dealership myself, I am always amazed at the lack of interviewing skills of some of the people I've worked with. Gossett does a great job of preparing its management to recruit and retain the best people.
