To the point, Not difficult. The hiring manager asked practical questions and offered a good idea of work hours / corporate culture. Accepted the offer after a fairly short interview process.

It is a simple and easy process. I met with both the managing and supervising partner. Took about 30/45mins asking general questions, and hobbies and introduced me to other team members.
