Had a call and then in person interview. Met in the Indianapolis office with a couple of the managers. Questions were typical for the job roll. Very nice environment and atmosphere.

Interview
Seamless, fast, transparent, and efficient. The interview process took about 3 weeks to complete. They want to get to know you as a person more than anything else. Each interview was 30 minutes to an hour long.
There was one phone screen with a lot of standard interview questions. The phone screen was followed by several rounds of in-person interviews with various stakeholders. Overall, it was a good interviewing experience.
