Met with two upper management. First phone call, second was assistant manager and third was top dog. All were friendly. Asked routine questions and made the process very simple. Easiest interview process. Then the training when hired was beneficial as well...

Interview
My only interview was laid back and began by a store tour. I did not need to prepare for this interview at all. It appeared to have little to no structure and all it consisted of was chatting to another human being. HOWEVER, I would not suggest going in unprepared. The second store that I worked at required and interviewee to interview with 2-3 managers. Each store is different and every manager is looking for different criteria for their store.
