Interview
I applied and fairly quickly scheduled a phone screening with a recruiter. This call went very well she advised she would be meeting with the hiring manager for this position 4 days after my interview. She advised she would reach out and let me know if I would be moving forward or not. She asked me if I am looking for jobs elsewhere and I advised her I am - she asked that I stay in touch with her in case anything changed with my job search. This all seemed to be going well but she ghosted me. I sent a follow up email a week after my interview. Then I sent another follow up/request for feedback email a week after that. Have not heard a response at all. This was extremely disappointing. I understand not moving forward in the process but it would be nice to at least be told I’m not moving forward. Especially when I was asked to stay in touch!

Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
