I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Google (Mountain View, CA) in Jun 2011

Google declined my candidature because of a silly question someone asked and I chose Cisco where I was the most successful recruiter there. I went to a start-up after that pulled engineers out of Google and made millions and have been super happy that I didn't join Google.
Too many interviews. I declined to continue. If you can’t decide after multiple interviews you have a broken process. I was interviewing for a recruiter role and I didn’t want my candidates to be out in the same position.
Not shortlisted for next rounds but they informed me via email within a week which is good. Hopefully will get a chance next time round. Good experience overall. Applied for multiple roles.

Hey there are some great articles out there on the internet for cracking Google interviews. Please do go through this as they're really helpful.
You will mostly have 3-4 sometimes 5 rounds of interviews and all of them will test a combination of skills that you've mentioned in the post above.
