Had 2 telephonic interview and both of them they got back to me officially via email informing me that I have cleared the round. But then surprise surprise they get back to me the next day telling that they have changed their decision and gave me a lot of BS about how the face to face interviews are complex and hence won't be proceeding with my application. This happened twice for both the phone interviews. Never ever want to work at an organization where they keep changing their minds.
