I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google (Munich, Bavaria) in May 2012
Interview
It was your typical interview process beginning with two phone interviews before calling me in to the office for in person interviews. brain teasers, quizzes and co to test analytical thinking. At the office I talked to three different employees, all of them were friendly but really wanted to test out my analytical thinking. Interview took a couple hours (2h if I remember correctly?!) and was pretty tiring
