Really enjoyed the interview process with Google Deep Mind. I had very interesting conversations with members of the team and their partners, and was fascinated by everything I learned. The interview coordinator was very responsive and friendly. I think the recruiter was lovely, too. I do suspect that the recruiting team is under resourced, and hopefully they will be getting some reinforcements soon. The only disagreeable portion of the process was receiving the rejection via an email template. I had spent hours with the team, had completed an assignment, and I would have appreciated a more personalized note or a phone call. That said, when I did ask for more information, I was offered another conversation.
