I applied through university. I interviewed at Goodyear
Interview
Talked to recruiters at a campus career fair, got an interview the next day. Interviewed with a process engineer and another long-time engineer. Both were very nice and personable, the interview didn't feel intimidating. They started by asking about my resume and experience and then moved to a more behavioral interview.

Question 1
Pretty standard behavioral questions: Tell us about a time when you solved a problem in a unique way, etc.
A positive and straightforward experience overall. The team was friendly and professional, the office location is convenient, and the interview was conducted efficiently. The role appears comparable to similar positions in the market, with no major surprises or concerns.
I am a female that’s been in automotive industry for about 10 years. I had three interviews for store manager on my second interview. There was a gentle manager or the hiring manager and there was another person lead manager. All three interviews lasted about four hours altogether and I believe did not hire me because I was a female, and they did not believe in me because the hiring manager told me do you know this is a dirty business meaning like you’re gonna get dirty there’s oil and stuff just because I dress nice for the interview. Their pay and job range pay for the salary will 65 to 75,000 when I was asked about the expectancy of salary. I said I can meet you in the middle and I’m willing to negotiate after three interviews. They texted me three days later saying they’re gonna call me the next day which they did not. I waited 48 hours and I reached out the general manager called me and made up a story how they have a lot of changes within the company and he offered me the lowest position possible in the company and $20 an hour. I never felt more disrespected in my life then from this company and they’re hiring team with no regards of people’s time and that’s told me a lot what type of company that is you cannot make progress and you cannot grow. If you treat your future employees to that extent unbelievable so disappointed.

Question 1
What is your salary expectancy while they had a posting between 65 and 75,000?
Had a terrific interview for a sales position, and was completely ghosted afterwards. I realize this is what a lot of companies do anymore, but it is highly unprofessional in general, and especially for a sales role.
