The interview process involved a lot of steps which is understandable since everything is done virtually. First I was asked to submit a Wonderlic assessment and background check release form. Then I had a phone interview with someone from HR that lasted about an hour. She was very thorough and kind, happy to answer any questions I had. She informed me that I was being considered for three different positions due to my background, which I appreciated. She explained that next steps would involve her passing her notes on to the respective departments, and someone from that team's management would contact me if they were interested in moving forward. The following week I spoke with managers from 2 of the 3 dept's. The week after that, I had a second interview with another Campaign Coordinator manager. In total I spoke with 4 people and the process took about 3 weeks. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and genuinely seemed to enjoy working for the company.
