Interview
The recruiter will call you to conduct an initial interview. The questions are very dry and behavioral based (i.e. tell me a time when you....how you handled it, and what the result was). The interview takes about 45 minutes and questions are asked very robotically (no dialogue at all, just answer then wait for the next question until the list is complete).
