An hour long, lots of questions, followed by a tour. The questions were read from an interview question sheet. They had two people, the manager and a team leader. Applied online and had to speak to a recruitment agent on the phone before interview was booked.

What strategies have you previous used to complete documentation? Tell them about a conflict youve had? Tell them about a collaborative team youve worked wiht? How do you collaborate with families? give example Describe how you engage in the planning cycle What does your ideal room look/sound/feel like?
