Interview
I had an interview with hiring manager and a senior manager, interview was positive and engaging, they asked how I would implement the changes necessary if successful, hiring manager didn’t have experience in pensions or protection, felt it went well overall
Phone discussion with contact lead and face to face interview thereafter for 1 hour which led to further discussion as I was asked income expectations. Further virtual call with executive lead to final offer process.
