GoodVets interview questions

Very charming initial screening which mentions some cross role work at front desk. The pay level mentioned was below average but many other aspects sounded great. However it turned out they literally are not going to hire a front desk/client services rep. No receptionist. They expect the support staff to each take a rotating shift in this role. If you are not willing to hire a receptionist person and devalue that role you aren’t going to be valued and paid well as a licensed tech either.

Phone screen and in person shadow interview process. The recruiter was great to work with and the staff at the hospital couldn't have been better. Looking forward to starting with them.
