They ask typical interview questions (tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, etc) and then several behavioral questions and have you roleplay a few different scenarios.

How would you deal with an upset customer asking for a refund?
I filled out application then one interview on-site with store manager and supervisor. Very straightforward, they ask questions about your retail experience, what you want from the role, and how you’d deal with the sensitive nature of the position.
