I interviewed at Good Shepherd Food Bank (Augusta, ME)
Interview
It was a lovely interview process. HR was fabulous. 100% transparent and encouraging. I didn't get the job, but it was the best interview process I've ever experienced. Highly recommend this organization.
I applied online. I interviewed at Good Shepherd Food Bank (Lewiston, ME)
Interview
I had a phone screen followed by a panel interview with my hiring manager and other managers/directors. All interview questions were provided beforehand to help prepare. The experience was very positive overall.

Interview
While I was not selected for the position, my interview experience with the Good Shepherd Food Bank was one of the most positive ones I've ever had. Here's an overview of the process, which took about 7 weeks:
1.) About 2 weeks after applying: 30-minute phone interview with third-party HR consultant
2.) 1 week later: 60-minute video interview with 3 staff members, including the role's supervisor
3.) 2.5 weeks later: Notified about selection to advance to final in-person interview
4.) 1 week later: 30-minute conversation with HR manager to learn more about the organization's culture, benefits, etc. and discuss creative assignment to be completed one day before in-person interview (Offered a $100 grocery gift card as compensation for the creative exercise)
5.) 1 week later: Final in-person interview
6.) 1 week later: Notified they went with another candidate (with a very thoughtful note)
