Interview
After submitting my application, I was contacted via email to organise a 10 minute casual phone call regarding my experience and explaining the job role. This was followed by a 30 minute interview on Teams with 2 members of the team, focusing more on my experience and motivations for working with Good Energy. The next and final interview stage involved completing an Excel task in advance. This Teams interview was an hour long and first involved answering competency based questions (where I was advised to use the STAR method), followed by work-relevant situational judgement questions, then finally I took them through my solutions to the excel task. The whole process was well organised and communicated so I that I did not feel like I was going in blind, and I was able to reschedule to fit interviews into my schedule without any hassle. Other than maybe receiving some feedback on my answers to the excel task, there's nothing I could suggest to improve the interview process.
