Interview
The interview process goes for months - 3 to 4 months minimum which is really unfair for the candidate. The company takes their own sweet time to shortlist and get back. A company that works for worker well-being doesn't care about a candidate well being!

Interview
They have a long screening process, and can easily take over 2 months. There is a phone screening, followed by an arduous assignment (can range between 3-5 tasks, some short and easy, others highly detailed). They take some time to get back to you about the results. Scheduling interviews is a task as they don't confirm or get back to you right away.
The interview itself was fine, with typical behavioral questions, etc. but their expectations seem to be all over the place. The organization appears very unstructured as well. Use your discretion when deciding on this organization.
Overall decent experience, highly time-consuming, and vague at times,
