I applied through a friend and she recommended me to this job. I called the office and they were able to set up the interview within the week. Filled out the application and turned in my resume. Followed through with the interview and got the job.

Control Quality/ Inspection/ APQP/ PPAP/ FMEA/ DOE/ Function of part features, Dimensional Management & Dimensional Validation. Design, package, attach, 2D diagram of wiring routing.
Determine relative position & function of parts, subassy in the worst +/-, statistical stack-up case, Variation Simulation
Analysis-VSA, Root Sum Squared RSS, Datum Strategies. Use Reverse Engineering (Prototype/ Production Assembly)
to determine manufacturability/cost effective tolerance range. Use GD&T stack-up and Dimensional Variation Analysis.
Design DFSS & DOE. Use concepts/Tools /Rules from: ISO9000&16949/ASME Y14.5M-1994 /ANSI Y14.5M -1992.
