Golub Capital interview questions

1 Screening Interview with recruiter (basic questions), 1 phone interview with team lead (basic questions), 4 in person interviews with team members on same day at Chicago office on-site. In person interviews can be with employees similar level to role or higher level within the team

HR phone screen, then met with Hiring Manager and two others in the department, then many technical assessments to be completed including: workplace personality test and a critical thinking test. Completing each of the assessments were extremely time-consuming.
