Apart from Presentation skills & Analytical skills, your interest to stay long term in the organisation is evaluated. Knowledge of TOC is advantages, but as long as practical case studies can be spoken about on how companies have benefited from supply chain initiatives, the interviewer will be convinced.

Interview
Several phone interviews including a simple case study. Then flew to San Jose for an in person interview including a presentation of a topic of your choice. Met with 3 partners in person.

Interview
3 rounds, 1st with HR that is mostly behavioral, 2nd round with a project manager that asked some technical case questions but nothing too in-depth, 3rd round was with each of the partners where you had to present a project you had previously worked on.
