First round was in-person with no HR screening process first. Travel expenses were not paid for and very little information was given beforehand. Spoke with two people, questions were not very applicable to role and the energy of the office was off. Took them two months to tell me I did not get the job after multiple follow up emails.

First round was on Zoom with one of the senior VPs. Great convo and nice person- got moved to second round where they asked to come in person. No compensation for travel to the interview in NYC. Office was nice and people were easy to talk to - I talked to a Director and another Senior VP. End of the day the salary offered to me was laughable considering it was in NYC and with a small PR firm. Great people and potential but not worth it financially and career-wise.
